Beauty Training in Townsville: Inside Our Latest Korean Lash Lift Workshops

There’s something pretty special about bringing passionate artists together in one room to learn, share and refine their craft — and over the past month, we’ve had the pleasure of doing exactly that at Cosmetica Pro.

Across two of our recent beauty training workshops in Townsville, we welcomed six experienced lash artists from Townsville and surrounding North Queensland regions, including Ingham, Ary, and Charters Towers, to upskill in the Korean Lash Lift technique with our lash lift educator, Jara.

And what an incredible couple of training days they were.

Bringing hands-on beauty education to Townsville

One of the things we’re incredibly passionate about at Cosmetica Pro is making high-quality, practical beauty education and training more accessible in Townsville and North Queensland.

While online education absolutely has its place, we truly believe there are some things you simply can’t replicate without having an experienced educator right there beside you.

It’s the little things — having someone notice your placement, adjust your technique in the moment, answer a question as it comes up or share one of those tiny tips that suddenly makes everything click.

And this is where Jara absolutely shines.

Throughout our lash lift training, Jara keeps her finger on the pulse, watching, guiding and helping each artist refine their technique. She’s also officially your lash-lift hype girl — because learning and upskilling should feel exciting, supportive and confidence-building.

More than just a trending technique

The Korean Lash Lift method has gained a huge amount of attention within the lash industry, but for us, this training is about much more than simply learning the latest trend.

As our industry continues to evolve, so should we.

For experienced artists, ongoing education gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge, understand different approaches and add new techniques to your existing skill set — ultimately giving you more confidence to adapt your treatment to the client and lashes sitting in front of you.

And one of our favourite parts has been watching our students take what they’ve learnt and put it into practice almost immediately.

Since completing their training, they’ve jumped straight into the Korean Lash Lift technique, sharing their results and continuing to refine their skills — with Jara checking in, answering questions and, of course, continually hyping them up along the way.

Beauty training for Townsville & North Queensland artists

These recent workshops are just one little piece of something much bigger we’re building through Cosmetica Pro Education.

Our goal is to continue creating accessible, high-quality beauty courses and hands-on training in Townsville for both new and experienced artists.

Our education extends beyond Korean Lash Lift training and includes traditional lash lift training, brow training, brow lamination training, beginner and advanced upskilling, cosmetic tattoo training and mentoring.
