Cosmetica Pro was founded by Yolanda Deluca, a Beauty Therapist & PMU artist in North Queensland with over 18 years experience in the beauty industry.   Yolanda's vision was to not only offer amazing Cosmetic Tattooing services to her clients in her studio but also to support other beauty professionals in the industry by bringing some of the best Professional Beauty & Cosmetic Tattoo Supplies and brands to Townsville.  Yolanda also saw the lack of available education in NQ, and having a strong passion for quality education and professional development this is how her educational training HUB was founded
